We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. MEDIAMODIFIER OÜ collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

In-App Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Our mobile app uses RevenueCat for in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat collects minimal information, including your email and device ID, to process payments and manage subscriptions. Please note that RevenueCat has its own privacy policy and data security measures. By subscribing to our app, you consent to RevenueCat's data practices.

To process transactions

We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To send periodic emails

The email address Users provide for creating an account or order processing at our Site will be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order, company news, updates related product or service information, etc. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

What data do we collect and process

We use third-party analytics software (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Zendesk) and collect customer profile information like country, interests and role in the company to match and produce better designs and mockups for their needs. User-created content is private by default and under customer control. Profile details will be private and won't be shared with third-party providers to process except our own software to help our customers to grow their sales and be visible if they are looking for a job or showcasing their designs. We also collect billing information that will solely be used for billing together with our billing partner Paddle.com Inc.

Use for Educators and Children

Child is considered a person under the age of 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in the child’s country to be able to consent themselves to the processing of their personal data if this age is higher than 13 years old).
The Service and its content are not directed at children even though there aren't materials harmful or misleading to Children's. Children are not permitted to sign up by themselves for Mediamodifier services.

Mediamodifier does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent where this is required, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child, please contact us at [email protected].

Children may use Mediamodifier services under the supervision of their teacher or parent. We will share student data with our third party service providers solely to the extent necessary for them to perform a business or technology support function for us. This may include data processing, account management or the provision of usage analytics. These services are listed under the “What data do we collect and process” section.

Educational institutions will have direct control of student data at all times. If a school wishes to inspect, review, amend or delete data we have collected from a student, they may submit an authorised request to [email protected] or via their contact person. Such a request must come from the email address that owns the account. To protect children’s privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to help verify the school’s identity before granting access to any personal information.
