What is Mediamodifier?

Mediamodifier goes far beyond being just an online graphic design tool. You're joining an evergrowing ecosystem of apps and services which enables the seamless creation of visual marketing assets across all platforms - from social media, to print templates.

Start with a design, instantly visualize your idea, share it with your team or clients or automate the process with the API. With weekly new content and constant development based on customer feedback, you're not buying a design tool, but an entire team to support you.

Built for entrepreneurs and marketers, we help you to create a better experience for your clients, so you can get your work done better and faster. In addition to our intuitive design editor, our easy-to-use templates, and our extensive mockup library, we also offer an NFT maker, a Mockup API, and a print-on-demand plugin. Additional payments may be required to access extra features.

How does Mediamodifier’s pricing work?

The Basic plan is FREE. This includes a limited selection of templates and features.

The Professional plan costs $25 a month or $12.50 a month when billed annually ($150/year).

The Team plan costs $45 a month or $37.50 a month when billed annually ($450/year). This plan grants access to up to 5 members. Additional members can be added for $9 a month or $7.5 a month when billed annually ($90/year).

The one-time payment option costs $25. This grants you access to all the features in the professional plan for 7 days without a recurring subscription.

Prices are automatically converted to your local currency.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Mediamodifier with any major credit or debit card, Paypal, or Apple Pay.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All prices displayed are VAT exclusive. VAT will be added to EU customers based on the Member State VAT rate where the customer is located unless a valid VAT number is provided.

If I cancel my subscription, will I still be able to download images?

Yes. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle or right after completing the order, you will still retain access to all paid features until the end of your subscription period.

Is there a sign-up cost on top of my monthly fee?

No, there are no hidden costs to sign up.

I'm interested but don't want to commit just yet. Can I test it first?

Absolutely you can. We have a selection of mockups and designs which can be downloaded for free and you can also upload one custom PSD mockup.

Once I sign up, can I change my plan?

With Mediamodifier you are never locked into a plan that does not fit your needs. You can change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not generally issue refunds once the order is completed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can take place concerning the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we do honor requests for a refund in case of download issues or if the product is not as described. For the latter, clear evidence must be provided showing that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.

Please note that a live demo for each product is provided on the sales page for download and evaluation purposes.

Requests for a refund are received at [email protected] within 14 days after the order is placed. This request must be accompanied by detailed explanations of why the customer would like a refund.
