How does Mediamodifier’s pricing work?
The Professional plan costs $19 a month or $15.83 a month when billed annually ($190/year).
The Team plan costs $45 a month or $37.50 a month when billed annually ($450/year). This plan includes up to 5 members. Additional members can be added for $9 a month or $7.50 a month when billed annually ($90/year).
Prices are in USD. VAT or local sales tax is added at checkout, depending on your country.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Mediamodifier with any major credit or debit card, Paypal, or Apple Pay.
Will I be charged sales tax?
All prices displayed are VAT exclusive. VAT will be added to EU customers based on the Member State VAT rate where the customer is located unless a valid VAT number is provided.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, even if you cancel before renewal.
Is there a sign-up cost on top of my monthly fee?
No, there are no hidden costs to sign up.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, switch plans, or move to a team setup whenever your workflow changes.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a digital product, refunds are limited once an order is completed. That said, if something is not as described or you run into download issues, we will fix it or review a refund request.
Refund requests can be sent to contact@mediamodifier.com within 14 days of purchase, with a short explanation of the issue.
